Shipping

How long it will take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-14 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You can follow your order status with us.

What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?

If you're not in when your package arrives it may be left in a safe place like your mailbox or porch, or it may be left with a neighbour. 

Or you may be able to rearrange delivery if you're not in when delivery is attempted.

Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

Yes! We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment – just make sure someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place, not the person.

It's also a good idea to add your company name to help the driver find your workplace easily.

Order issues

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.

Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Don’t forget to mention that the order was ‘Faulty’ when submitting a return request.

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Customer Care team, we recommend checking the following:

We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

We are able to cancel your order if you reach out in first 12 hours when the order has been placed.

I’ve cancelled my order – when will my money be available again?

We will give you a confirmation to the provided email address once our staff has accepted the canceled order. Within 10 business days, we will credit your original payment method with the refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

How to return and get a refund?

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free.

If you return an item within 90 days of delivery/collection, we'll give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Want to exchange an item?

We’re no longer offering free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay and also PayPal.

What do I do if my payment was declined?

If one of our available payment methods was declined, email us here and we will help you figure out what went wrong.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

You will be able to enter a discount code at the checkout, then the discount will be applied.

Can I use multiple discount codes for one order?

No, unfortunately it is possible to use only one discount code on per order.
